Welcome to the PRISSAM™ llc website (the "Site"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of the Site. By using the Site or by downloading any of the materials contained in the Site, you agree to the terms and provisions as outlined in this legal notice. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site or download its materials.
General: The information contained in this Site, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the Site, is subject to change without notice. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed.
Security Statement: prissam.net utilizes current security technology available for all transactions. PayPal provides the secure server software (SSL) that we use to encrypt all information you provide, thus ensuring your transaction stays protected and private. Your well-being is important to us. If you prefer to place a phone order, then please call us at 720-883-1232.
Payment Methods: We accept the following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order, and processing surcharges may be incurred.
Sales Taxes: PRISSAM will automatically charge and withhold the applicable Colorado State sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Colorado. Sales tax does not apply to purchases shipped outside of Colorado.
Shipping Policy: All of our unique giftware is shipped directly from our Colorado, USA office. While in-stock merchandise may take up to 2-3 days to process, we make every effort to ship products the same day your order is placed. PRISSAM does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Customer Pays for Shipping: Our preferred shipper is FedEx™. FedEx™ Ground offers an affordable option guaranteed to be delivered anywhere in the United States between 1-7 business days. Faster shipping options are available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after package is received by FedEx™ or other shipping handlers.
Limitation of Liability: The giftware product line contains small and removable parts, and is not intended for children. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken when displaying giftware. There are also components that are individually hand-crafted and, therefore, are extremely fragile. We inspect every piece before shipping and pack the artful giftware to insure you receive it in perfect condition. Due to circumstances beyond our control during shipping some pieces may be jostled just so to cause some damage. If the piece is received in unsatisfactory condition, PRISSAM must receive a call within 24 hours of the receipt of your gift to determine the appropriate course of action (replacement component). A call received later than 24 hours of receipt can be deemed that user handling caused damage and no replacement will be offered.
Refund and Return Policy: We, at PRISSAM™ llc, are proud of our product line and committed to your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please call within 24 hours to inform us of your dissatisfaction. You will then be instructed to send all returns in 'saleable condition' back to PRISSAM™ llc within 10 business days of the date it was shipped. All giftware must be shipped via FedEx or USPS to PRISSAM llc, P.O. Box 1184, Littleton, Colorado 80160-1184 and include your name, telephone number and mailing address inside the box. We will refund the total amount minus the original shipping charge and a $10.00 restocking fee. If the giftware is returned due to an address problem, and it is our fault, we will repack and resend the gift A.S.A.P. If it is due to any other reason, then you will be contacted and an additional shipping charge will apply.
With the exception of defective merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us in its original condition at the customer's expense.
Privacy Policy: PRISSAM™llc does not disclose, sell, trade or give out personal information you have provided. We respect your privacy and are committed in protecting it. Any personal information requested is to assist us in providing unique gifts for an amazing person.
