Where can I find PRISSAM giftware?

The best place to find PRISSAM’s exclusively designed art/giftware collection is on the PRISSAM website http://www.prissam.net. We do not sell in stores because of the unique nature of our gifts. We want to keep the price point reasonable for our customers.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order, and processing surcharges may be incurred.

How do I place an order?

We currently accept orders via PAYPAL, PHONE (720-883-1232) or EMAIL (prissamllc@me.com). You can use your credit cards to purchase gifts. PRISSAM utilizes up-to-date security technology for all transactions via phone or email. PayPal provides the secure server software (SSL) that we use to encrypt all information you provide, thus ensuring your transaction stays protected and private.

When using PAYPAL, click ‘add to cart’ button for each selection. This will take you directly to PAYPAL to complete your order. By clicking button, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, as well as PAYPAL’s Terms & Conditions.

PRISSAM’s PERSPECTIVE Collection inspires, motivates and supports those with health-related illnesses. Does PRISSAM partner with cause-related organizations for fundraising?

ABSOLUTELY. We have developed working relationships with a number of organizations that fund ‘research for a cure’ and/or provide educational support for its members. If you are such an organization, call or email us to begin a ‘win-win’ relationship.

What do you mean by cause-related colors on the 'perspective collection', and how do I know what color is for the specific cause?

All health-related causes and special events have a color(s) associated with that cause. You may click on the cause-related page to check the list of specific causes and related colors. If you do not find a specific cause, then contact us by phone or email, and we will investigate it for you.

PRISSAM’s INSPIRATION Collection inspires and motivates, too! You can find great ideas for celebrating a birthday, friendship, retirement, graduation, holidays or other special occasions. Does PRISSAM create custom orders?

DEFINITELY. Each PRISSAM gift is exclusively designed to create a memorable present. Call 720-883-1232 to help design a unique gift for that amazing person (including yourself).

Does PRISSAM partner with organizations for fundraising?

ABSOLUTELY. We presently have working relationships with some local high schools during their fundraising events. Using school-related colors with any of the Inspiration collection art/giftware provide a sense of school spirit, and a lasting memory of a special time. If you are a school needing a unique fundraising idea, then call us @ 720-883-1232 or email us @ prissamllc@me.com to establish a working relationship.

Does PRISSAM engrave any of their giftware collection?

At the present time, our exclusively designed lightcatchers are the only pieces that are laser engraved. We have found that the engraving costs for the crystal mountain, which is part of the Perspective Collection, would make the gift price-prohibited. We believe that the card(s) included with the giftware is an outstanding touch.

Is there a special gift for young children?

The giftware product line is predominately glass and crystal. Each gift plate contains small and removable parts and is not intended for young children. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken when displaying or giving the giftware. There are also components that are individually hand-crafted and, therefore, extremely fragile. PRISSAM may suggest you consider a lightcatcher, if appropriate.

How do you ship and who pays?

All of our unique giftware is shipped directly from our Colorado, USA office. While in-stock merchandise may take up to 2-3 days to process, we make every effort to ship products the same day your order is placed. PRISSAM does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Customer pays for shipping. Our preferred shipper is FedEx™. FedEx™ Ground offers an affordable option guaranteed to be delivered anywhere in the United States between 1-7 business days. Faster shipping options are available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after package is received by FedEx™ or other shipping handlers.

What if I need a gift sent to someone else?

PRISSAM will send the gift with appropriate inserts and a gift card from you. Any other special wrapping requested will be at an additional expense. The invoice will be sent to you via email.

What if my unique giftware is delivered damaged?

We at PRISSAM™ llc are proud of our product line and committed to your complete satisfaction. We inspect every piece before shipping and pack the artful giftware to insure you receive it in perfect condition. Due to circumstances beyond our control during shipping, some pieces may be jostled just so to cause some damage. If the piece is received in unsatisfactory condition, PRISSAM must receive a call within 24 hours of the receipt of your gift to determine the appropriate course of action (replacement component).

You will then be instructed to send all returns back to PRISSAM™ llc. All giftware must be shipped via FedEx or USPS to PRISSAM llc, P.O. Box 1184, Littleton, Colorado 80160-1184 and include your name, telephone number and mailing address inside the box. We will then ship out the replacement component.

A call received later than 24 hours of receipt can be deemed that user handling caused damage and no replacement will be offered.

What is your privacy policy?

PRISSAM™ llc does not disclose, sell, trade or give out personal information you have provided. We respect your privacy and are committed in protecting it. Any personal information requested is to assist us in providing unique gifts for an amazing person.
